McKinstrie Wilde to merge with KrayaMcKinstrie Wilde to merge with Kraya

Edinburgh based design consultancy McKinstrie Wilde is set to merge with digital technology company Kraya in the coming months.

A deal has been agreed which will see the design agency which formed in 1998 become part of Kraya which will has rebranded its five business facets to become Krayamatics - specialising in Web Development, Krayatec- specialising in ICT suppory,  Krayativity - specialising in Web & Print Design,  Krayamotion - specialising in Corporate Videos, animation & CGI and Krayanet - providing hosting for all of the above.

Shri Shrikumar, managing director of Kraya will continue to head up the company, with Air McKinsrie, co-founder of McKinstrie Wilde taking the role of creative director.

The merger is due to be completed in August 2009.
