M-four, the in-house creative agency for Manchester City Council has create an awareness campaign at people who care for family or friends on a non-professional basis.

The campaign will look to make them aware that such carers could be eligible to receive money from the Government to support them.

Based on the premise of ‘coming out of the shadows’ the poster and press executions feature the message, ‘Don’t let your caring go unnoticed’.

The work was art directed by Ian Smith and written by John Green, with the photography for the campaign shot by Manchester based photographer Scott Kershaw.
