Running for a period of four years, the framework will be utilised by the GLA as well as contracting authorities, that include Transport for London, Metropolitan Police Authority, London Development Agency, London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority, and all London Boroughs.

Tictoc’s director, Melanie Russell commented: “Since the initial PQQ announcement in OJEU, the process has taken almost a year and since then our team have put an enormous amount of effort into our submissions through the various stages.
