Well done Family. Another cheeky little campaign to make us smile.

Nice idea. I'd have loved to see a way to avoid the "before" and "after" copy though.
I think this would much better in film. No need for the explanation then...

Isn't that Jonathan Ross on the left?

Nice idea but I've just rung around a few surgeons in Harley Street and I've been quoted between £50-£120k TOPS to turn the lady on the left into the lady on the right.

The bloke came in slightly higher because of the fundamental cranial re-shaping required. Nowhere near £8m - not even for both of them.

I know where I'll be going for a facelift, and it certainly won't be Glasgow...

shouldn't a facelift/makeover involve the same person?

Why do these announcements have to have a comment board? Most of the comments are petty and banal.

perfectly suited for the target audience..

The anonymous comments are more entertaining/vicious/bitchy than the named ones. I think if you only allowed the named comments on here, you'd just have a bunch of Managing/Creative Directors pulling each other off

Very unoriginal. Utter pish. Before and after seemed like an after thought as the pics weren't working. And it's not the same person. And what the hell has it got to do with a shopping centre that's had a huge facelift? Nothing. Facelift. Facelift. Let's show a facelift. My granny could do ads like this.
