NHS Leicester 'shock' viral censored by YouTube

A new viral marketing campaign for NHS Leicester which portrays a teenage girl giving birth on in a playground surrounded by a crowd has been censored by YouTube.

The viral, created by London based The Rocket Science Group was unbranded to raise debate as to how real the amateur looking footage was.

A new version with NHS branding has been reposted to show users that the footage is in fact an social marketing advert.

Tim Rideout from chief of NHS Leicester, said: “We know this film is hard-hitting but so are the numbers of under 18’s getting pregnant in Leicester.”
