MediaCom North and Feather Brooksbank have both missed out on the £6million media planning and buying account for Insurance Admiral.

Following a pitch, run by AAR, the account has been awarded to MPG which competed against both Manchester based media buyers.

It is understood that incumbent Mindshare, which has held the account since July 2007, did not repitch.

Previous to Mindshare picking up Admiral the account was held by Starcom Mediavest and Mediavest Manchester.
