Urban regeneration company New East Manchester has appointed Code Computerlove to redesign its website and provide digital marketing support.

The organisation - a partnership of regional bodies including the City Council - wants its digital presence to attract inward investment from property investors and businesses, as it looks to lead the physical regeneration of East Manchester.

Lesley Lomax, head of marketing for New East Manchester, said: "The digital channel is a vital tool in our quest to create greater awareness of East Manchester's regeneration and to help us communicate the variety of East Manchester's offering to both potential businesses andresidents.

"Code has now embarked on in-depth planning project ahead of the new site which will be unveiled later in the year."

New East Manchester comprises of Manchester City Council, The Homes and Communities Agency, the NWDA and the communities of East Manchester.
