The Scottish Parliament has compiled its Framework for the Provision of Design, Translation and Publishing (Print and Electronic) services.

Five agencies have been appointed to the framework; Avian, Lawrence Creative, Mortonward, Turton Middleton and Shandwick Design.

In the letter to unsuccessful applicants, the award criteria was outlined as Technical – 70%, Cost – 15%, Presentation - 10% and Site Visits – 5%.

Providing there is no legal challenge to the contract, it will begin on 20 June following a ‘standstill period’ of 10 days

May I be so bold to suggest The Scottish Parliament dunno what they are doing? If these guys are the top dogs in Scotland, then we're ALL DOOMED Captain Mainwairing!
