The Scottish Parliament appoints Design FrameworkThe Scottish Parliament has compiled its Framework for the Provision of Design, Translation and Publishing (Print and Electronic) services.
Five agencies have been appointed to the framework; Avian, Lawrence Creative, Mortonward, Turton Middleton and Shandwick Design.
In the letter to unsuccessful applicants, the award criteria was outlined as Technical – 70%, Cost – 15%, Presentation - 10% and Site Visits – 5%.
Providing there is no legal challenge to the contract, it will begin on 20 June following a ‘standstill period’ of 10 days
