Convenience food company Greencore has appointed Sheffield's Uber to create a new identity for its recently acquired food-to-go brand Foo.go.

The brief to re-brand Foo.go comes three months after the company was bought by Greencore and ahead of its re-launch later this year.

Foo.go supplied sandwiches and other food-to-go products to WHSmith travel shops in train stations and airports.

Uber account director Al Baker said: "Having the chance to re-brand what could potentially be one of the UK’s largest selling ‘food on the move’ products is a great challenge for our creative and design team and we look forward to seeing the finished designs being snapped up off the shelf very soon.”
