Following a pitching process, ferry operator Caledonian MacBrayne has retained The Bridge as its marketing services provider.

The Glasgow advertising agency was appointed as part of the Scottish Government marketing services framework following a pitch, which is understood to have not included all nine ad agencies from the roster.

Susan Paterson, marketing manager for Caledonian MacBrayne, told The Drum: “The agency came up with a strong idea and some strong creative work. We found that all of the agencies put forward some great ideas, but it was The Bridge’s ideas which felt the best placed to help us achieve our own objectives.”

The two will begin to embark on creating a new television campaign for Caledonian MacBrayne which will launch next Spring.
