Liverpool based DM specialist CDMS/Transactis has announced the appointment of David Steele as its CEO.

Steele was formerly managing director of another DM specialist Dunnhumby and replaces Stephen Clark.

The agency also recently strengthened its data service through the acquisition of Transactis.
