The Department for Children, Schools and Families has shortlisted four agencies to pitch for a new under-age drinking campaign.

In conjunction with the Central Office of Information, it has invited Wieden & Kennedy, Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe Y&R, VCCP and Miles Calcraft Briginshaw Duffy to pitch for the Youth Alcohol Action Plan creative work.

COI said the aim of the campaign is "for all young people in England to grow up to have a safe and sensible relationship with alcohol". It intends to influence the attitudes and behaviour of children, young people and their parents and carers.

The campaign will complement existing Department of Health and Home Office campaigns.
