Following the deal, which was finalised at the beginning of August, Orion Media has now taken ownership of the eight stations which includes BRMB, Mercia, Wyvern and Beacon in the West Midlands and Heart 106.
Orion has also tied up the three Birmingham based Gold stations as well following the enforced sale from Global Radio.
