Rippeleffect has created four websites for property investment and development company Langtree.

The digital marketing agency was briefed to "streamline" Langtree's corporate site, and its three joint venture partnership sites, PxP West Midlands, Network Space, and the recently-formed Onsite North East.

Rippleffect says it beat three other north west agencies to win the work.

Jo Bedford, head of marketing at Langtree, said: “The website development is part of aligning our three joint venture partnerships with Langtree and improving brand consistency.

"The four sites remain distinctive but have a strong family resemblance which is exactly what we were aiming for.”

Rippleffect has also developed a content management system which it says allows for information to be quickly updated to the relevant sites.

It also enables targeted email marketing campaigns so stakeholders can recieve news and information relevant to their interests.

Andrew Binns, senior business development manager at Rippleffect, said: “In terms of functionality, the sites are easy to update and search engine friendly helping to drive traffic.
 
“The CMS has the capacity to accommodate future web-facility updates and provides an efficient method of centrally managing its online presence.
