The Lowd&Klea Group has announced a host of new senior appointments and promotions alongside their recently formed collaborative partnerships with Designers Republic founder Ian Anderson and GHAVA in New York.

The Lowd&Klea Group, has announced the repositioning – Smart Thinking.Collaborative Working – and rebrand of existing agency LeadsDesign and the launch of the special projects team within its existing visual communications studio, L&K Creative.

L&K Brand Communications, formerly LeadsDesign, will provides strategic and creative brand communication, whilst sister agency L&K Creative brings together an in-house creative team with global collaborative partners including GHAVA in New York and Ian Anderson (The Designers Republic), in the UK, combining concept creative, graphic design, motion and audio-visual disciplines.
 
Marrianne Del Garbutt, CEO and owner of the Lowd&Klea Group, commented on the repositioning and aims for the coming year: "This announcement has been the result of 18 months worth of planning based on both the client and the current industry wants and needs. Right now we have a strong senior team at group level along with some outstanding new creative partnerships that are allowing us to focus on our long-term business model, which means we are at a very exciting phase of our development."

Meanwhile, new senior positions include the promotion of existing development director, Carla Murphy to group managing director. Murphy, previously of The Marketing Store Worldwide, has been with Lowd&Klea for over four years.

In addition Simon White, ex creative director of Kiss and Galaxy radio networks, has joined L&K Brand Communications as head of creative, where Jo Daley from McCann Erickson is also a new senior account manager, and has been recruited to manage public sector and education clients.

"Simon and our collaborative partners further strengthen our senior team and are real assets with extensive and reputable experience from within the creative and media industry," commented Carla Murphy, Lowd&Klea Group, managing director.

Darren Wake also takes the post of marketing and business development manager for L&K Brand Communications as he joins from Open Door Design.
