The Drum's search for the most creative city in the UK is coming to a close.
Over 2,000 unique votes have been cast on The Drum's website over recent weeks as we search for the most creative city in the UK – excluding London...
Current votes see Newcastle leading the chase with 19 percent of the total votes, Manchester follows on 18 percent, with Glasgow and Edinburgh both with 13 percent of the votes. Leeds and Nottingham share eight percent of the nominations, Birmingham on 7 percent and Bristol on six percent. Other cities voted for in the online poll include Liverpool and Sheffield, both with two percent of the vote.
The voting follows a series of arguments written for The Drum by leading agency players across the UK, debating why the city that they operate from should be crowned the most creative.
If you have not already voted, do so now on The Drum's homepage www.thedrum.co.uk and help support your city. Votes will close on Friday 23 October.
You will be sent a verification email. Click on the link in the email to post your comment.

I must be really thick as I can't get the poll to launch so I can cast my vote!!!
This is so, like, credible too.

Isn't this poll just a more accurate measure of which cities contain the most people who can be arsed to vote?

"Garbage of staggering proportions" - wonderful. Would make a great title for my 8th novel. May I use it?
What exactly does the Drum intend doing with this information?

Just another cock and bull story.
For Creatives working north of London 'Creative' is everything.
It is FACT that middle weight creatives earn less than the receptionist.
They will inevitably move to London to earn some money.
But will always look back in anger at the fact that BDH was murdered.
