Digital agency MadeByPi has created two online games for CBBC featuring popular presenters Sam and Mark.
The 'Sound Smash' game supports the return of the former Pop Idol contestants' Saturday morning BBC children's show, TMi. It allows fans to create their own tunes and trigger Sam's or Mark's vocals in time with the beat of the track.
'Gunge Glove', meanwhile, uses the kind of slapstick humour that fans are accustomed to from the TV show. Players take control of Sam and attempt to 'gunge' Mark, while trying to avoid being thrown into the surrounding pool of gunge themselves.
Chris Hemingway, creative partner at MadeByPi, said: “Online games need to be innovative and fun and allow fans to absorb themselves in the world of their favourite characters.
"These games are an ideal way for CBBC to further interact with its young audiences, outside of the TV programme.”
See the games on the CBBC website.
