Residential developer and social housing provider Southdale has appointed Brahm to develop a new brand identity and marketing strategy.

The Leeds-based marketing services agency has been tasked with the development of a brand which reflect the changes in the company as it has diversified into schools, medical facilities and extra care schemes alongside housing.

The agency will also handle ongoing PR and communications following the rebranding process.

Paul Moore, managing director of Southdale, said: “We are a business which has a young and dynamic Board, a company structure designed to deliver sustainable growth over many years and we needed a new brand which reflects our values, performance record and the future ambitions of the business.”

Robin Horsfield, board director at Brahm who will be responsible for the relationship with Southdale, said: “We’re thrilled to have been appointed by the company, and have already started working with the Board on their marketing strategy which will emphasise their position as a market leader in their sector.”
