Two Glasgow design studios – Graphical House and Skratch – have merged.
Retaining the name Graphical House, the new company will be based in the existing Skratch studio on King Street in Glasgow.
Tony Dunworth, Skratch founder and director, will become a director of Graphical House as a result of the move.
Speaking of the merger, Daniel Ibbotson, co-founder and creative director at Graphical House, said: "The two companies, launched in 2002 and 1999 respectively, have a long standing friendship and a closely aligned set of attitudes, values and ambitions.
"Together they will provide a fuller, stronger and more valuable service to their clients. The merger will also bring new skills from both sides, particularly within digital media; allowing for greater capacity and flexibility.
"High quality, well considered and effective design has always been at the heart of both companies."
Skratch includes the likes of the Dundee Contemporary Arts Centre, Architecture Design Scotland and Scotland + Venice, Scotland’s representation at the International Art Exhibition of La Biennale di Venezia, in its portfolio of work, while Graphical House works for clients that include, Schuh, Trongate 103, Laurence King Publishing and University of West of Scotland.
