Strata Homes has appointed Propaganda to create a strategy for its brand based on results from a 14-week programme of research.
The Leeds agency will lead a strategic team that will also draw on input from digital agency Coolpink and The Data People.
Strata, which describes itself as providing "designer homes to aspirational customers", is a third generation family-owned business.
Richard McMurrough, Propaganda's client services director, said: "The outcomes of our Discovery [research] process will enable us to lead the brand strategy and work in partnership with Coolpink and The Data People to devise a market-leading proposition for Strata Homes."

And somewhere a copywriter quietly weeps...
I just clicked onto their website. It asked me where I wanted to live. The choices were huddersfield, sheffield, derby, wakefield and a couple of other shocking places. I clicked off with a shudder. I hope the research pointed out the first rule of buying. Location is everything.
Wasnt this a client of an agency called England? Is this an end to the Kynaston/Stanton friendship that has so sweetly bubbled along these past few weeks?
Go on then, don't leave us hanging. Who/what else has gone? And where?
Strata homes are far from 'aspirational' - lots of square boxes stacked side-by-side, very poor looking things.
This account will fit in very well at Propaganda.
