Concave Sports, the global football boot manufacturer, worn by players including Manchester United's John O’Shea, has appointed Gloucester's Renegade Media.

Concave Sports, backed by football legend Kenny Dalglish, has hired the agency to undertake a mix of traditional PR, social media and search engine marketing to promote its range of football boots across all media channels.
 
Renegade will also create and manage regional events to promote the brand’s “Kicker Tube” concept and engage bloggers in the real world, both to be supported by an online direct response campaign utilising Facebook Ads and search engine optimisation.
 
Concave offers a range of technologically advanced boots, which come in a range of colourways and outsoles.   Following the introduction of the prototype Concave PT1 boot to UK consumers in 2008, the new Concave PT+ was voted one of the “Top Ten Football Boots of the Decade”.
 
Mark R Mackay, senior VP global sales and marketing at Concave Holdings, explains: “Concave is an ambitious brand and our latest football boot raises the bar for accuracy, power and control. From the highest echelons of the game through to the grass roots Concave boots are set to have a profound effect on football.”
