Southampton Council looks to create sponsorship and sales outdoor framework

Southampton City Council is looking to establish a framework agreement with several operators to provide advertising sponsorship sales and management services on temporary outdoor advertising locations in a fundraising initiative.

The seven year contract will include usage of council owned temporary hoardings including building wraps advertising and temporary new sites. The advertising format will be either 96-sheet, 48-sheet and/or large-format (non 6-sheet) poster sizes – or others.

The council is looking to grow advertising and sponsorship revenues across its assets and will appoint the framework providers as temporary sites become available.

As there is no budget, all revenue will be income generation to the Council.

Requests to participate should be entered by 29 March.
