High Street bakery Greggs has appointed the Manchester office of Euro RSCG Biss Lancaster as its PR agency.

The appointment follows news at the end of last year that Gratterpalm had picked up the bakery chain's above-the-line account, consolidating the in-store work the Leeds advertising agency already handled for the brand.

The account will be headed up by Melissa Hinds, director of Euro RSCG Biss Lancaster Manchester.
