The £42m framework for the delivery of public sector advertising services for many Scottish organisations including NHS Scotland, Strathclyde Police and Glasgow Housing Association has been announced following a delay.
The Drum had learned that the procurement of the framework had to be ‘re-evaluated’ following a decision which was due at the end of 2010 for the delivery of advertising services to many public sector bodies not covered by the Scottish Government’s marketing framework.
The final decision has seen Thirty Three, Spirit Media, MediaVision, Euro RSCG Riley, TMP (UK) and Work Communications appointed to Lot One for the provision of advertising services.
The second Lot for the further provision of advertising services also sees Euro RSCG Riley, Thirty Three, TMP, Spirit Media, Penna Barkers and MediaVision.
Lot Three - also for the provision of advertising sees Euro RSCG Riley, MediaVision, SpiritMedia, Work Communications, Thirty Three and Ten Alps Communications.

Another waste of everyone’s time the country is run by frameworks put together by procurement people who have never been in this industry. Another example of the form filling craze sweeping the country!!! Welcome to Scotland
Welcome to the UK. This madness is everywhere now.
This is not madness.
This is SPARTA!
Having been put in the frame for all three lots Thirty Three appear to be closing their Scottish office - even more madness!
