Lansinoh will promote its new Double-Electric breast pump with an advertising campaign created by Principles Agency.

The consumer press campaign is intended to appeal to busy mums on the go as the new product claims to express milk in half the time.

Helen North, account director at Leeds-based Principles Agency, said: “The creative demonstrates empathy for the busy lives that breastfeeding mums lead."

The campaign will target ABC1 pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers through women's lifestyle publications.

Be interesting to see how much its used.

For some reason it loks a bit amateurish. Maybe its the image (is it stock?) - bit patronising to women. Or perhaps the wording is a bit too long. Doesnt really flow.

Also that positioning line - By mums for mums.

..Again a bit obvious.

From the moment I saw it I thought this ad might have it's fair share of knockers

Suddenly I've got visions of hundreds of women trotting into milking stations and awaiting their turn to express. Semi-skimmed anyone?

The whole point of expressing one breast at a time is that the other can be called in to duty whenever needed. If you express both at once... "where's my next meal Mummy?"

Simply awful, bucketful of type styles, crappy image and is that a second product they're trying to flog in the corner? This has 'client led' all over it.

Principles lost the plot years ago. I can't remember the last decent thing they did.
This does not help the cause.
