The Scottish Government has disclosed the successful applicants for its £170m design, print, publishing and associated services framework agreement.

The Drum had previously learned that APS Group had been appointed to Lot one for the fully managed service as well as the design agencies which had made the second Lot.  

Those were Morton Ward, Shaw Marketing and Design, Shandwick Design, Teviot and Freight Design.

The Third Lot for Print Services sees John McCormick & Co, Pindar, Allander Print, 21 Colour Ltd, Montgomery Litho Group, Woods of Perth, Panda Litho, Caledonian Colour Printers and, J Thomson Colour Printers Ltd, all appointed.

Lot Four for the supply of display materials includes Eastern Exhibition and Display, B&S Graphics, and, Shaw Marketing and Design.

Promotional Item suppliers will be Creative Emporium, Orb International and, Ross Promotions.

DVD/CD/VHS replication and duplication will be handled by HDC Media Group in Bradford.

A spokesperson for The Scottish Government, said: “We welcome the outcome of this exercise which is another example of procurement reform in action. Working collaboratively, we are delivering sustainable procurement, increasing efficiency and delivering improved value for money.”

Freight, Morton Ward, Shaw Marketing & Design, Teviot, Eastern Exhibition and Display and Shaw Marketing and Design, are all members of the Marketing Industry Network.
