French anti-smoking campaign compares smoking to oral sex
A French anti-smoking campaign has caused outraged as it uses sexually suggestive imagery involving teenagers.
The shock poster campaign released by Association Les Droits des Non-fumeurs and created by ad agency BDDP & Fils aims to discourage teenagers from smoking by comparing it to being forced to perform oral sex while the tagline reads "Smoking is to be a slave to tobacco."
French politicians have labeled the campaign as ‘inappropriate’ with a growing call to ban the posters.

Full marks to the French, they know how to do proper advertising ..Some years ago I presented some anti-smoking concepts to a local council. It was of a man with a fag in his mouth wearing a ladies bra on his head..the line was 'Don't be a tit, stop smoking now! I was laughed out of the presentation..I've never recovered.
