A campaign to promote the Emirates Airline Edinburgh Sevens Festival by Scottish Rugby will be produced by Frame after the agency won a four-way pitch.

The final of the IRB Sevens World Series tournament – a tournament that spans seven other countries including New Zealand, Australia and South Africa - will this year be held at Murrayfield at the end of May.

The marketing campaign will begin during the Scotland Vs. England international rugby match at Murrayfield on 13 March including outdoor, press and ambient media.

Frame will work alongside Scottish Rugby’s media-planning and buying agency, Feather Brooksbank in delivering the campaign.

Gary O’Donnell, co-director of Frame, commented: “Anyone who has ever been to Murrayfield knows how special it is, and the Sevens is a bit of a hidden gem in the Scottish sporting calendar because it’s about great rugby but so much more.”

Frame is a member of the Marketing Industry Network.

Hey Frame, maybe you could do a hilarious viral involving Halal Haggis (seeing as it's Emirates).

D&AD beckons....
