The new website for independent land agent Bell Ingram has been developed by Tictoc, which has also completed an extensive redesign and redevelopment project for the client.

The Glasgow-digital and design consultancy was tasked with creating a site which would portray the client’s reputation throughout Scotland and the UK as well as being simple and effective in its design in order to cater for its diverse client range.

The main focus for Bell Ingram was to merge the current Bellingram and DMK Estates. websites to create a new interactive marketing tool.

The site includes a ‘Find A Property’ search tool to help its online audience search for properties ‘For Sale’ and ‘To Let’.
A news, events and blog section was also created, while the new integrated twitter account keeps Bell Ingram staff on top of social networking.
