City of Edinburgh Council is looking to tender for a graphic design consultant for the Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC).

The centre intends to construct, let and sell a major speculative office development in the Exchange, with the marketing being handled by two commercial property firms.

To assist them, the EICC is looking to appoint an experience organization to design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, images, web site, virtual tour and other marketing tools.

The successful applicant will be expected to demonstrate excellent knowledge of the Edinburgh commercial property market and considerable experience in the design and production of marketing materials for commercial property to support a successful marketing campaign for a major commercial office development.

They will be appointed by EICC Ltd but will work closely to the commercial agents to provide the advertising and marketing services to help generate commercial letting success as well as graphic design services. advertising and marketing services.

The contract will have a budget of between £50,000 and £100,000 over a 30 month period with five operators expected to be invited to tender.

Deadline for requests to participate is 22 March with invitations to tender set to be dispatched on 30 April.
