City Building Glasgow LLP to compile PR agency framework

City Building Glasgow LLP, owned by Glasgow City Council, is seeking to procure the services of a PR agency.

The council subsidiary is seeking expressions of interest from PR agencies to create a framework which will be be divided into lots.

Lot 1 will provide public/media relations services while Lot 2 will provide Crisis Communications/issue management and will be appointed to an initial two-year contract with two possible year-long
extensions.

Following an inital scoring test, a shortlist will be produced of the five highest scoring tenders which will be invited to present  ahead of the final decision.

Requests to tender must be submitted by 26 April.
