The Drum's Power 100 revealed. Did you make it?

The Drum's Power 100 revealed. Did you make it?The Drum's Power 100 revealed. Did you make it?

Without doubt one of The Drum's most eagerly and fiercely contested polls, the Power 100 is to be revealed throughout the course of the week.

The results will be drip-fed to the industry in batches throughout this week, with the first batch, numbers 100 - 80, being the first to be let out of the bag. The results come after weeks of online voting took place late last year and the final rankings are based solely on the votes received from readers of The Drum and www.thedrum.co.uk based on how much influence these people currently hold and the profile they possess within the industry. Numbers 79 - 61 will be revealed tomorrow with number 1, the most influential person in the marketing services sector outside London being revealed on Friday to coincide with the publication of the next issue of The Drum. Check out The Drum Power100 rankings.

Nice guys don't win. My predictions are Dean Lovett at McCann Erickson Bham for the number one spot and Sue Little at McCann Erickson in Manchester at number two........now that would be funny......I can just hear Dean laughing now!!!!

Power 100?
The Drum looking for the person with the most influence over people's lives?
A week ago I'd have given it to the chief executioner at McCanns as she's surely had the most influence on more people's careers these last few years.
Only for her to clumsily fall on her own sword while polishing it.
Doh!

I've had a look at the list.

Who are all these people?
I now feel very out of touch and must get out more...

And surely the winners will be the ones with the most staff to vote for them?

I just love those short-listed with n/a by turnover and staff - do we assume that it is a team of one not doing very well! Congrats though for voting for yourself into the top 100. When r the real industry names going to be presented? Paul Baker for numero uno!!!!

Do Bourne have any work they could show us? Impressive client list but no projects on their site.

Anon 11:36. i'm guessing they just don't want The Drum knowing their numbers as it's none of their business anyway. follows on from the RAR debate last week.

Don't the drum just put their Mates on who then get their mates to vote for them so the whole thing isn't based on any real power except the power of the mutual backslap?

(Power vomit. Can I go on the list? Go on, it's a real big one).
