The Personal Accounts Delivery Authority is looking to create a framework agreement for the provision of marketing and communications support services.

Successful suppliers will be appointed to the three-year framework which will be accompanied by a budget of between £160,000 and £500,000.

The agreement will run across three Lots,  splitting concept generation and creative development, design and art working and printing services.

Three lead creative agencies will be appointed to Lot 1for Concept generation and creative development, which are capable of creating integrated campaigns and one off projects which will resonate with different target audiences. This will include strategic input, working within brand guidelines, ideas generation and presentation, refinement and development, through to execution and production in a variety of formats, both print and digital.

Lot 2, design and creative art working will see suppliers support the concept generation work, with three agencies also set to act as a middle tier of design agencies, which will be capable of generating creative-led, results-driven campaigns which will be more design and implementation-focussed, to ensure that the idea works across a range of mediums.
The appointed agencies will be expected to stretch up to lead creative such as strategic palnning as well as down to deliver general artwork i.e. amends to existing collateral.

Printing Services, provided by Lot 3 will see suppliers work across digital print, litho print of brochures, leaflets, postcards, larger format pieces such as posters, signage and printed materials for bespoke activities.

The framework could be extended by 12 months following review.

Deadline for requests to participate is 6 April.
