This week, The Drum will reveal the 100 most awarded marketing communications agencies outside of London for 2009.
The Drum has looked at 31 award schemes including the Fresh Awards, the Roses Awards, the How Do Awards, the Cream awards, the Big Chip awards, the CIPR awards and the Chip Shop Awards to find out which agencies were the most lauded in 2009.
For the rest of this week, 25 agencies will be revealed each day, beginning tomorrow from 100 backwards, until the most awarded agency is revealed on Friday.
A supplement featuring the list will also be available in this week’s issue of The Drum, released Friday.

What if you don't waste money entering all these award things?
Seems pointless. The bigger agencies with deeper pockets will be up the top.
The ones who decide to award staff bonuses instead will be near the bottom.

We gave up entering the Roses years ago. We never got any new business from it.
It's like pissing in a wet suit. Gives you a lovely warm feeling. But no one notices.
Shame I won't be able to see the top 25 on Friday. I'll be in the pub, or asleep at home. Role on Easter.. woo hoo!
