High street jewelers Beaverbrooks has appointed digital technical agency CTI to join Code Computerlove in the building of a new e-commerce site for the brand.

CTI will develop the system to provide required flexibility and integration for the site, set to go live in September.

Nick Rhind, managing director of CTI, explained: "The site will be a cutting edge development on a stable platform allowing Beaverbrooks to change and build on the site as required, we had originally looked at Magento which we are well versed in but looking at Beaverbrooks plan over the next two years it just wasn’t the right approach from workshops with their staff and requirements."
