Ahead of this weekend’s Manchester derby, Manchester City has released a new illustrated poster featuring former Manchester United striker and leading scorer for the Blues this season, Carlos Tevez.

The poster has been created to tap into the pre-match hype ahead of kick off at The City of Manchester Stadium tomorrow lunchtime.

It is the latest in Music's 'Big Four’ campaign to promote City's high profile home matches using former players of the opposition. Craig Bellamy and Emmanuel Adebayor featured before games against Liverpool and Arsenal respectively, and winger Sean Wright Phillips  helped promote the Chelsea game.

Before the season kicked off, Tevez was the star of a controversial poster  baring the words ‘Welcome to Manchester’ positioned in the city centre. It was City's attempt to poke some fun at their big rivals after Tevez joined the club from United.
