Video: BJL targets office workers in Ugo's Deli Cafe ad

BJL has launched a new TV ad targeting office workers for microwave panini brand Ugo's Deli Cafe. Watch it here.

The 20-second ad, directed by Martin Wedderburn, is BJL's first TV commercial for Ugo's since being appointed by its brand owner, Kepak Convenience in 2008.

The Manchester agency's work for Kepak has mainly concentrated on its Rustlers brand until now.

Kepak's John Armstrong said: “BJL has communicated the core benefit really well – deli quality without leaving the office. We’re confident that the advert will build on the brand's successful launch, which has seen it grow into a £10million (source: Nielsen Scantrack 104 w/e 20.03.10) brand in two years.”

A clean idea that communicates exactly what the brand wants to say. Immaculate direction, wonderful photography, beautifully cut. It makes you wonder why it ever needs to get more complicated than this. And its made me hungry.
