Edinburgh Napier’s School of Arts & Creative Industries Degree Show opens to the public tomorrow.
Work on display includes that of fourth year MSc Creative Advertising students, who were given live briefs from agencies and clients, including one for Diet Irn Bru (pictured).
The Degree Show runs from 13-23 May at the Merchiston Campus.
Also displaying at the show is a futuristic product that aims to consign battling to be heard in noisy pubs and clubs to the past
The, acoustic ‘social spheres’, designed by Product Design student, Elaine McLuskey, is a bubble-like structure which enables people to hold an intimate conversation, even above the usual rabble and blaring music of a busy pub.
As part of her research and development, McLuskey involved the Scottish Association of Sign Language Interpreters and an audiologist at Donaldson's School.
Other design work showcased in the Degree Show include a sensory table, flat pack lights, a dinosaur which monitors the amount of time children spend on their computer and a bottle which can be split into a beer and wine glass.
