Pensions company Aegon has launched a website to support its partnership with British Tennis.

Developed by Line, the site will look to encourage an uptake in the sport through the Aegon Schools Tennis and Aegon Parks programmes, created following the brands partnership agreement to becoming lead partner to British tennis until 2013 as well as major events and competitions.

The site fits with the brand’s corporate site and includes news and information as well as an event calendar, video, polls, and image galleries, searchable maps and competitions.

Jayne Ponzio, head of brand, communications & sponsorship for Aegon, said “As well as providing fans with the latest news and a host of entertaining features, the aim of the site is to bring to life what AEGON is doing to support British tennis at all levels of the game - from grass roots programmes through to supporting our elite athletes and world-class events.

“Not only will aegontennis.co.uk showcase AEGON’s major summer tennis events – the AEGON Championships, AEGON Classic and the AEGON International – but it will help fans, and our customers, stay up to date with the support AEGON provides other levels of the game.”
