British clothing label Slazenger Heritage has launched its new website designed by Liverpool agency Black & Ginger.

The brand is best known for its sports fashions of the sixties and seventies but is making a comeback under the stewardship of Chris Lee, the former creative director of Wade Smith, Reebok and DKNY.

A Slazenger spokesperson said: “Black & Ginger really understood what we wanted to achieve in creating a vintage feel to the site.

"We have added an online archive which will constantly be updated adding images from the last 129 years of Slazenger, which is an exciting section for people interested in the brand and we are encouraging anyone with old Slazenger items to take photographs and send them in.”

Black & Ginger director Alex Frech added: "It’s has been a great opportunity for us to work with such an emerging yet iconic brand."

The site showcases Slazenger Heritage's new collections and provides information about stockists.

Looks nice enough but couldn't they have done a bit more with it? It doesn't even have a Facebook link of anything. Work still to be done there chaps. Feels a bit five years ago, but it has potential! Love the images.
