As social media continues to be the marketing buzz word that all agencies claim their clients must be using in order to grow their brand communications, The Drum decided to have a look at how some brands were using Facebook.
The experience turned out a little underwhelming with few brands particularly active on their own pages.
Looking at Facebook pages such as Coca-Cola, McDonald's, Tennent's, Woolworths and some others, the amount of attention and content uploaded varied widely.
