Domino's yet to decide over Britain's Got Talent sponsorship renewal

Newly appointed marketing director for pizza delivery brand Domino’s, Simon Wallis had admitted that the future of its sponsorship with top rated ITV series Britain’s Got Talent is still undecided.

Speaking to The Drum, Wallis said that the brand was in negotiations with ITV and production company Freemantle Media, as to whether to renew the sponsorship with the programme.

“We believe that Britain’s Got Talent has been fantastically successful for us, it has delivered exceptional media value and has been the most popular TV show over the last few years, so we are now taking time out to review whether it is the right thing for us going forward. We haven’t made a decision yet though,” explained Wallis who joined Domino’s from restaurant chain Papa John’s in July.

The idents for the sponsorship deal have been created by Big Communications for the last three seasons.
