A new website has been launched by furniture company FADS as it aims to increase sales and consumer engagement to reach a new consumer audience.

With development by Rippleffect, the e-commerce site has been overhauled with the agency tasked to improve the conversion of visits to sales while also increasing visibility through search.

Marcus Gabbie, affiliate manager for FADS explained that the brand felt the need to overhaul its online presence due to the heightened competitiveness of the online marketplace.

“It was therefore important to provide content that matches the needs and wants of those who land at the site,” continued Gabbie.

The site also records visitor data, which will allow FADS to monitor consumer behaviour and allow it to create more targeted relevant campaigns.

Craig Johnson, commercial director at Rippleffect, added: “User experience is at the heart of the work we have done for FADS. The website has a contemporary feel to reflect the furniture and was designed to help users quickly find products and make the buying decision easier.”
