Parentline Plus, which is set to rebrand to Family Lives, is to work with Orange Bus to showcase and raise awareness of its services online.

The charity, which provides parents with online advice and support as well as a helpline and parenting courses is looking to grow awareness on a national, regional and local level.

The Newcastle-digital-agency has been tasked to work with the charity and combine ideas with user and industry research and expertise to improve the organisation.

The new Family Lives website will also further aid professionals and will potentially allow courses to be booked, and provide tailored information materials and resources to be sourced.

The site will allow continued interaction between the organisation and visitors through multiple touch points such as Live Chat, Forums, Blogs, Social Media, the help line and on a local services level.

Orange Bus will work with Parentline Plus to ensure a compelling user experience is provided through all audience touch points in order to provide a consistent high standard offering.

January is the scheduled date for the project to go live.
