Wirral Council has appointed McCann Erickson Manchester to work in conjunction with Halton, Liverpool, Knowsley and St Helens, to provide marketing services.

The appointment will including providing a complete range of services including campaign planning research and evaluation, media buying, design and copywriting assistance, as well as advert placement within national, regional and local media.

The contact began in the middle of July, and will last for two years with two possible, annual extensions.
