The University of Stirling has appointed Sterling to create student recruitment and marketing materials for print and online following a tender process.

The university received seven offers for the contract, which is valued at £148,000.

It appointed Sterling, which has an office in Edinburgh, based on it being the most "economically advantageous" tender.

It listed its criteria for awarding the contract as follows:

1. Proposed integrated creative campaign concept for the postgraduate prospectus that links print and online marketing, sample spreads and online delivery.. Weighting 50

2. Ability to manage production process effectively and in cost effective manner.. Weighting 25

3. Project management and proposed level of customer support.. Weighting 25
