Vision+Media is to tender for a £30,000 creative campaign which will aim to attract more digital and creative talent to the north west of England.

The direct campaign will aim to attract talent from London to the region and follows the recent Creative Currency research report compiled by the Digital and Creative Services industry group.

Vision+Media also plans to champion employment and career development  opportunities within the region at creative companies, with the campaign aiming to raise general awareness of the industry in the north west, primarily targeting digital developers, senior planners and client services personal to work there.

Enda Carey, head of digital & creative services and games for Vision+Media commented: “It’s a common misconception that you always have to go to London for the best career or companies to work for. We do experience a brain gain with North West workers returning here from careers elsewhere.”

The tender can be viewed on the Vision+Media website, with expressions of interest expected by 15 November and a three-way-pitch due to be held on 30 November.
