Urban regeneration company New East Manchester has launched its new website built by Manchester agency Code Computerlove.

The site is designed to be "a one stop shop" for people interested in East Manchester and highlights the area's business locations, neighbourhoods and events.

Its navigation is split into three sections for companies interested in moving there, potential new residents and people who want to visit.

Eddie Smith, chief executive of New East Manchester, said: "This website is a new departure for us. It’s the first time we’ve created an information tool that is specifically targeted at people wanting find out about East Manchester who don’t know the area already.

"What we now have is the most comprehensive source of up-to-the-minute information on the area."
