The computer-generated visuals for Everton FC’s proposed £9m development have been completed by Uniform.

The agency’s digital team created the visuals for the four-storey building, which will include a museum, retail and office space , from architect Formroom’s plans that have only recently been granted permission by Liverpool City Council.

Uniform was briefed to create ‘a dynamic new structure’ which would demonstrate the football club’s ambitions.

Nick Bentley, director of Uniform, said: “Formroom’s design really sets Everton apart from most of its premiership rivals and the visuals needed to demonstrate this dynamic new development, which is a crucial cog in any club’s commercial plans. It comes on the back of recent major brand commissions for CGI and film work.”

The building is planned to be made from fractured glass as a reference to the clubs traditional colours.
