DF Concerts has appointed PMPR Excellence to provide PR support for T in the Park, as well as its other high-profile events.

Working closely with the in-house PR team, PMPR Excellence has been tasked by DF Concerts with providing public relations around neighbouring services for the annual Balado festival, including liaising with emergency services and the local Council, and providing information on traffic around the time of the three-day-event.

Geoff Ellis, CEO of DF Concerts, said: "We are delighted to have the considerable experience and expertise of PMPR on board and look forward to working with the team on what I’m sure will be the strongest T in the Park to date."

Meanwhile, Peter McLean, managing director of PMPR Excellence, commented: “We are honoured to be engaged by Scotland’s leading promoters of music and other large scale events, DF Concerts. The contract has been appointed on a rolling basis.
